Amaze PR launches the Shower of Kindness for
Imperial Leather.

On behalf of Imperial Leather SkinKind, Amaze PR were briefed
with coming up with an experiential piece of "stunt" activity that
incorporated sampling and maximised the fact that Imperial Leather
SkinKind had been awarded the Product of the Year accolade in
skincare.
We launched a national competition to encourage people to
nominate those who deserve some kindness via the Imperial Leather
Facebook page, for a chance to win a slot in the Shower of
Kindness. This was the brand's way of saying thank you to fans who
voted SkinKind Product of the Year. We created The Shower of
Kindness - a giant shower that rained down rose petals rather than
water, and the rose petals represented prizes of 'kindness' -
champagne, pamper hampers, etc.
The initiative was launched by TV star Jenni Falconer ahead of a
regional Shower tour, which visited Manchester, Glasgow and
Birmingham at the end of November. The launch was covered by The
Sun and exclusive interviews were arranged for Jenni with OK!
magazine and two Scottish national newspapers.
